Terms for ordering from Izdaan.

Product availability and prices

Products, prices, discounts and stock can change. The database checks the current product price and available stock again when an order is placed, rather than relying only on what was previously displayed in the customer's browser.

Order acceptance

An order is recorded after checkout succeeds and an order number is issued. Izdaan may contact the customer if an item becomes unavailable, an address needs clarification or another issue prevents normal fulfilment.

Delivery

Available areas, fees, minimum order values and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates can change because of traffic, weather, order volume, road conditions or other practical factors.

Payments

Customers should use one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Bank-transfer instructions, if used, should be confirmed through Izdaan's official contact information.

Misuse

Automated abuse, repeated fake orders, attempts to manipulate prices or stock, or other misuse of the service may be blocked. The checkout includes controls intended to reduce duplicate and excessive order submissions.

Changes to the service

Izdaan may update its catalogue, delivery coverage, policies or application features as the service develops. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
